BACKORDERS
Backorders will not be made on International orders. Backorders will not be held on COD, APO/FPO boxes, and orders outside the contiguous US. Backorders and seasonal items and special order requests could take up to a min of 30 days or more for these orders/items or products to be back in stock. Important to note: Backorder dates are estimates and can change depending on stock availability.

Min backorder requirement:
Items that are out of stock can be back-ordered, however, each LINE item must total a minimum of $25 to order. Customers must meet a min order requirement of $25.00 to be eligible for backorders, seasonal items, or special order requested items.

After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact us immediately via phone call or email, or both and reference your order number. If your order has already shipped it cannot be modified or canceled.
