Shipping 48 Contiguous USA 

Shipping Map & Times

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States, excluding AK, HI, and Puerto Rico. Orders placed after 6:00 AM (PST) ship from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business day Monday-Friday (excluding all major Holidays). The first day in transit is the next business day after shipment Monday-Friday. FedEx and USPS do not deliver to APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Boxes. We recommend shipping to a business or home address to prevent shipping delays.

We offer Ground Shipping for 2-5 business days for delivery in most cases. Important to note: Some items that are special or exclusive or custom orders can take up to 7 to 10 business days to be shipped/ delivered. Preordered items can take up to 30 days to be shipped and delivered. 

Some selected packages/items delivered by our third-party partners may be insured for your protection against loss or damage in transit. Orders are processed and shipped from various fulfillment centers within 1-3 business days in most cases.

Shipping International 

At this time we do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska due to the high shipping cost. If you wish to ship to these locations we recommend utilizing a freight forwarding company within the contiguous 48 United States that we can ship to.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

FedEx cannot deliver to a U.S. Post Office Box. We recommend shipping to a business or home address to avoid shipping delays.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates for Ground Shipping are displayed at checkout. Shipping rates appear in the box marked "shipping charges" at checkout.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75. All products qualify, simply add items to your cart until your subtotal is over $75. and your order ships free!

Ground Shipping 

Ground shipping is delivered in most cases within 2-5 business days with FedEx or USPS. Tracking numbers will be emailed upon shipment.

Track Packages 

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 to 72 hours for your package to display package travel history and delivery dates. 

Important to note: On special orders please allow 4 to 7 business days or less for your tracking number to be emailed to you. 

If your package was damaged, lost in transit, or shows delivered and was not received please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date so we can further assist you. Refunds or replacements will be processed when claims are paid by the carrier.
